We specialize in the development, design, manufacturing and installment of high pressure fiberglass reinforced pipe production line. Experienced fiberglass material and fiberglass machinery equipments manufacturing, we have advanced producing and manufacturing capability of internal steam curing large diameter high pressure fiberglass pipe production equipments and it leads in domestic market. We have developed our own potent hardware and software. The new GRE III generation micro controller system is more reliable, thermostable and easy to operate. We now focus on equipment manufacturing and mandrel producing. Our products are widely used in chemical industry, plastic industry, petroleum field and machinery industry. Our main products include high pressure fiberglass pipe automatic production line and fitting production equipments, high pressure fiberglass pipe repairing machine, pipe testing equipment, threading machine, molds of pipe and fitting. And we also touch new technology development and improvement, training and design of related technology.

Our feature technology is using digital control winding, internal steam curing online and de-molding online all together. Pipe diameter can up to 1000mm for high pressure and number of mandrels can up to 6. With the help of accessorial automatic machines, the productivity can improve 20%. Since 2004, there are total 6 whole production lines running in China, and we helped to improve one old line supplied by other manufacturer. There are 11 winding machines sold other than the whole production lines. There are many our feature equipments running in most fiberglass reinforced pipe factories such as cone grinding machine, threading machine, testing machine and fitting machine.
